Parenting Classes

In many Texas counties, if the parties have children they will be required to attend a parenting class prior to the final hearing.  The parenting class emphasizes good parenting skills for divorcing parents and gives insight into maintaining a good relationship with your children during the separation and divorce.  In most cases, a certificate of attendance and completion must be filed with the Court prior to the entry of the Final Decree.
